Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Money Manager (the "Service") at managemymoney.app. The Service is provided by Oduyan Baker ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Oduyan Baker.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

2. The Service

Money Manager is a personal finance tool for tracking accounts, transactions, budgets, bills, pay, receipts and forecasts. It provides a 7-day free trial followed by an optional one-time lifetime license. Information in the Service is for your personal organization only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and app PIN confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
• fraud, spam or impersonation;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping, or overloading our systems;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or circumventing technical limits.

5. Intellectual property and licence

Oduyan Baker retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal use. You keep ownership of the data you enter and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. The lifetime license is a one-time payment of $25 USD (plus any applicable tax) and does not renew.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time from Settings. After termination we may delete your stored data after a reasonable period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Changes and general

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
